Backorders If any item you require is not in stock we will inform you immediately and place it on back order unless instructed otherwise

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Amex. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and post or over the Internet.

Carriage
Carriage is charged per item class (see delivery). Outside the UK please enquire.

Product Illustrations
Photographs of items offered for sale and are for illustrative purposes only.

VAT
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 15% VAT is included. Orders from outside the EU will have VAT reduced to zero when the credit card transaction is processed.

Guarantee
We reserve the right not to accept for credit correctly supplied non-faulty goods or charge a 15% re-booking fee. Should a product prove faulty or be incorrectly supplied we will be pleased to make full refund, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the recently introduced 'distance selling regulations.'

Web Pricing Pricing on this website will be different to that in store. The prices we offer are dependent on the selling method. Please do not embarrass our staff by attempting to obtain 'web only' pricing in store.
